We want you to be happy with your order. Here’s exactly how returns and refunds work at The Ones Hub — and it’s different depending on whether you bought a product we sell ourselves, or an affiliate product listed on our site.
Products Sold By The Ones Hub
This covers everything in our own catalogue (currently our t-shirts, and any apparel or jewellery sold directly by us).
- Return window: 7 days from delivery.
- Pickup: we arrange a reverse pickup from your address — you don’t need to ship it yourself.
- Condition: the item must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
- Return shipping cost: for self products, return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Refund: once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund is processed to your original payment method.

Affiliate Products
Some products listed on The Ones Hub are affiliate products — we don’t stock or ship these ourselves. For these, returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled directly by the seller or platform you’re redirected to at checkout, under their own return policy, not this one. If you’re not sure whether your order was a self product or an affiliate product, contact us and we’ll point you in the right direction.
Refunds
Once your returned item reaches us and passes inspection, we’ll email you to confirm it’s been received, and let you know if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method. Bank and card processing times can add a few extra days on top of that — if it’s been a while and you still don’t see it, check with your bank or card provider first, then reach out to us at customer@theoneshub.store.
Exchanges
Received a defective or damaged item, or the wrong size? Email us at customer@theoneshub.store within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll sort out a replacement or refund.
